You can pay for your order with most common credit cards or via Paypal through the online shop. Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards are accepted on checkout page and with all other cards you can pay via PayPal.
This site accepts payments via Stripe or Paypal secure payment processing services. The information submitted on this site is secure and private. For your protection, as well as for liability purposes we do not record your credit card or any financial details.
International items are shipped with registered airmail (Free) or DHL (30€).
Each country have a specific rule regarding customs and having your package picked by the customs is also random (bad) luck. Customs fees and taxes are not included in the free shippment and is the responsibility of the customer. Payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs.
We will send you a tracking number after we shipped your watches. If you did not send us again all these contact and your address is wrong after the shipping, we can not guarantee you will receive your watch in time and shipping your watch another time is not free shipping.
Delivery times are 14-20 days for registered airmail (FREE DELIVERY WORLDWIDE), 3-5 business days for DHL.
Pre-order : We’ve given a conservative estimate for our delivery dates. We will keeping you update of our progress during our production stage. We will do everything we can to make sure all our customers receive their timepiece in optimum quality!

GRIFFIN EMBLEM products purchased on this internet site can be delivered anywhere in the world. Shipping is calculated at the checkout. We shall deliver to the shipping address that you provide at the checkout. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Items will be shipped after payment has been received and cleared.
If your package shows outward signs of damage upon delivery, you must open it in the presence of the carrier to check the state of your items. Please notify the carrier of your reservations by writing them on the delivery note, and let us know by email. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you. It is your responsibility to report non delivery within 25 days of dispatch. We consider that your parcel has been accepted by you upon delivery to the agreed address confirmed by our courier.
1) Why my tracking status haven’t change for a long time?
The speed and the accuracy of a tracking status for international postal services depends on a lot of factors between different countries. Sometimes it can be simple as the weather being an issue, and sometimes packages aren’t scanned properly Into the carrier’s system at intermediary stops, so it looks like nothing is happening. Other times, it’s simply that the carrier is running behind schedule. Unfortunately we have zero control over it once we shipped your package.
2) Why it is late for the expected delivery time?
Delivery time is not guaranteed. The estimated times required by the postal service do not include the processing time by Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery. Most of the time, they need your ID, an invoice and the customs fees.
5 -YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
GRIFFIN EMBLEM timepiece is warranted to the owner for 5 years from date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the defects in material or resulting from manufacturing of the watch. GRIFFIN Emblem’s obligations here under are limited to repair or replacement at its option. GRIFFIN EMBLEM is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. We do not cover shipping costs, import duties or any other fees paid by third-parties. All implied warranties, including that of merchantability, are limited to 5 years.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
-All SALE merchandise;
-Battery, crystal, strap;
-Damage resulting from an accident, normal wear, negligence, misuse, abuse or from the intervention of any person not authorised by GRIFFIN EMBLEM or its representatives;
-Loss and theft;
-Incidental or consequential damage arising from the failure or malfunction of the watch as well as from any inappropriate usage, lack of precision, malfunction or lack of conformity of the watch.
Returns / Refund
All of our wristwatches go through some major testing and stringent quality controls before we send them to you. But you should still thoroughly inspect your watch as soon as you receive it (before removing any factory tape or wearing it) just to make sure there are no blemishes, or any other type of damage and that it works. If, for some reason, your watch is in less than satisfactory condition, please contact our customer service within 48 hours to let us know.
A refund will be given when the watch arrives at our address. Funds will be credited to the original account used for purchase. We will keep you informed via email of the process. Customers must cover return shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on watches. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all papers, tags and protective films in place and must show no signs of wear or use. Really, no signs of use. We are tough on this.
Noted: No return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations will be permitted on pre-order, clearance and discounted items.
